    Examination of administrative law and regulation, focusing on procedure at both the state and federal levels. Students will gain a comprehensive understanding of the Administrative Procedure Act governing various agencies, including Security and Exchange Commission, Veterans Affairs, the Social Security Administration (SSA), Workers Compensation, Immigration, Public Utilities, Education, and more. Through the exploration of administrative regulation, creation, and compliance in diverse industries, students will develop the expertise needed to navigate and excel in administrative law practice. Emphasis on the unique role of Paralegals in administrative proceedings.
