    Discover the role of a paralegal in contract drafting, lifecycle management, and negotiations. Paralegal students will differentiate roles between legal and business interests, compare risk and analyze proposals, and design agreements for attorney review. Students will leave this course having evaluated and utilized the available practice guides for contract drafting, including computer applications.
