This hands-on training program includes trench and excavation regulations, soil characteristics, trench configurations and hazards, rescue team preparation, incident response, initial on-scene and pre-entry operations, shoring systems and components, shoring system installation, victim rescue and recovery, and incident termination. This course incorporates awareness, operations, and technician training based on NFPA 1006 (2021).
