    Description
    Reading and short essay-level writing course for bilingual students who need to improve skills in reading academic material and writing academic essays. Emphasis on connection between reading and writing, responding to reading critically, following the writing process and editing. Fifteen high school elective credits (COM) will be awarded if the student passes the class with 80% or higher in multiple measures assessments.
