Transfers ToCSUDescriptionThis advanced class focuses on learning open choreography for the five Latin competition dances: Cha Cha, Samba, Rumba, Paso Doble, and Jive. The goal is to develop strong technical skills while also expressing the character of each dance. Students will practice both the choreography and techniques for these dances and will be expected to perform them in exhibitions and showcases. Students will refine these advanced skills in open championships with a partner, and as a Latin Formation Team. Recommended Preparation: Completion with a grade of "C" or better or a Passing grade in: DNCE 226A
