Students will explore key models, concepts, and theories of organizational communication, analyze communication dynamics within different organizational structures, and develop an understanding of the role communication plays in organizational culture, leadership, decision-making, and conflict resolution. Students focus on the theoretical perspectives such as systems theory, social information processing theory, and the communication ecology approach.
