    Description
    This course is part of three modules in the POST-certified Management Course designed for newly appointed or aspiring law enforcement managers. Students will expand their knowledge of fiscal management, personnel and legal issues, strategic planning, and critical incident leadership. Emphasis is placed on developing budgeting and financial planning skills, managing organizational risk and liability, coordinating multi-agency critical incident responses, and applying strategic planning principles to enhance agency performance. This course meets the California POST requirement for Management Course Module B.
