Students will expand their knowledge of fiscal management, personnel and legal issues, strategic planning, and critical incident leadership. Emphasis is placed on developing budgeting and financial planning skills, managing organizational risk and liability, coordinating multi-agency critical incident responses, and applying strategic planning principles to enhance agency performance.
