    Description
    Block 8 of the Supervisory Leadership Institute (SLI) serves as a culminating experience in which students present their Adaptive Leadership Projects (ALP) and demonstrate integration of leadership principles developed throughout the program. Emphasis is placed on reflection, peer feedback, and the articulation of a personal leadership philosophy and legacy. The course concludes with dialogue on continued professional growth and program evaluation. This course is one of eight SLI courses; completion of all eight (CJA 091A–091H) is required to earn the Certificate of Achievement. Designed for POST Supervisory Leadership Institute (SLI) cohorts.
