Students synthesize the SLI learning experience to develop individualized leadership philosophies and actionable strategies for organizational effectiveness. Emphasis is placed on self-assessment, transformational leadership, and the long-term application of principled decision-making in law enforcement supervision. The course culminates in reflective presentations and a capstone leadership project demonstrating professional growth, accountability, and commitment to lifelong learning. This course is one of eight SLI courses; completion of all eight (CJA 091A–091H) is required to earn the Certificate of Achievement. Designed for POST Supervisory Leadership Institute (SLI) cohorts.
