    Description
    Block 6 of the Supervisory Leadership Institute (SLI) integrates diversity, ethics, and cultural proficiency into law enforcement leadership through immersive learning experiences. Students examine the intersection of leadership, bias, and moral courage by exploring historical lessons, personal narratives, and contemporary issues of equity and justice. Emphasis is placed on personal responsibility, adaptive leadership, and understanding how individual and institutional choices influence organizational culture and community trust. This course is one of eight SLI courses; completion of all eight (CJA 091A–091H) is required to earn the Certificate of Achievement. Designed for POST Supervisory Leadership Institute (SLI) cohorts.
