    Description
Block 5 of the Supervisory Leadership Institute (SLI) deepens law enforcement supervisors’ understanding of team dynamics, procedural justice, and ethical leadership. Through applied case studies and guided instruction, students explore courage, resilience, and moral reasoning in leadership. Participants examine groupthink, decision-making failures, and principles of fair and transparent supervision. Emphasis is placed on adaptive leadership, team trust, and the integration of procedural justice into agency culture. This course is one of eight SLI courses; completion of all eight (CJA 091A–091H) is required to earn the Certificate of Achievement. Designed for POST Supervisory Leadership Institute (SLI) cohorts.
