Students analyze ethical dilemmas and apply adaptive leadership concepts to complex supervisory challenges. Through reflective journaling, team discussions, and case studies, participants examine servant leadership, develop insight into leadership accountability, and apply moral reasoning to personal and organizational contexts. This course is one of eight SLI courses; completion of all eight (CJA 091A–091H) is required to earn the Certificate of Achievement. Designed for POST Supervisory Leadership Institute (SLI) cohorts.
