    Description
    Block 2 of the Supervisory Leadership Institute (SLI) advances first-line and mid-level law enforcement leaders in adaptive leadership, ethical decision-making, resilience, and reflective practice. Through guided case studies, films, seminars, and leadership journals, participants analyze complex organizational challenges, apply adaptive leadership tools, and develop personal leadership artifacts. Topics include emotional survival and wellness, virtue ethics, adaptive leadership in action, followership, and team culture. This course is one of eight SLI courses; completion of all eight (CJA 091A–091H) is required to earn the Certificate of Achievement. Designed for POST Supervisory Leadership Institute (SLI) cohorts.
