Through guided case studies, films, seminars, and leadership journals, participants analyze complex organizational challenges, apply adaptive leadership tools, and develop personal leadership artifacts. Topics include emotional survival and wellness, virtue ethics, adaptive leadership in action, followership, and team culture. This course is one of eight SLI courses; completion of all eight (CJA 091A–091H) is required to earn the Certificate of Achievement.
