Emphasis is placed on legal standards, agency policy, risk assessment, officer safety, and post-incident documentation. Students analyze pursuit scenarios and apply supervisory strategies to evaluate, manage, and review pursuit incidents in accordance with public safety considerations and organizational expectations.
