- This course covers essential federal, state, and local laws and regulations for safe, legal drone operation. Designed for both new and experienced drone operators, it includes topics such as FAA regulations, FAA TRUST Recreational certification, Part 107 Remote Pilot certification, privacy issues, liability, drone insurance, and the enforcement of drone laws. Students will also explore legal cases and strategies. No drone flying is this course.
