    Description
Master the first step in professional keyboarding by learning proper techniques with accuracy and confidence. Students will practice correct hand and finger positioning for the alphabet, punctuation, enter/return, and capitalization. Lessons are interactive and designed to make typing engaging for all ages, whether learning for the first time or refreshing skills. This course provides the foundation needed to build speed and accuracy in BA 115. Supplemental activities may use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to generate short writing prompts for real-world business typing practice.
