    Description
    This course will cover professional ethics in the transportation industry. Topics include problem solving, conflict resolution, and daily activities related to service, repair, parts, and sales, examined from the perspective of the employee, manager, and organization. The course also explores the ethical implications of emerging transportation technologies and their environmental and societal impacts. Field trips may be required.
