Topics include customer service, the three Cs, completing repair order procedures, writing skills, and effective communication with internal and external customers. Additionally, the course will include customer service methods, techniques, and best practices. Also, this course will assist with preparation for the C1 Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification. Field trips may be required.
