    Description
    This course covers advanced engine performance systems which include gasoline engine ignition, fuel, emissions, computer controls, sensors, and mechanical engine operation. Furthermore, diagnostic procedures and troubleshooting problems are covered throughout the course in lecture and lab. This course assists students with preparation for the L1 (Advanced Engine Performance) Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification exam. Field trips may be required.
