This course is a continuation of Concepts of Nursing Care of the Adult and Older Adult, building on concepts of nursing practice for the acquisition and application of adult health nursing theory, communication,collaboration, and clinical judgment necessary for safe, patient-centered nursing care expanding on the acute and chronic issues common to adults and older adults. The course incorporates the legal and ethical responsibilities of the Registered Nurse in the care of adults, their families, and other support persons.
