    Prerequisite: Eligible for level 2 English placement. Recommendation: Eligible for level 1 English placement. Total lecture 54 hours. Introduction to understanding the relationship between human populations and the earth from a geographic perspective, exploring patterns in population dynamics, settlement systems, natural resource exploitation, food production, economic and political organization, language, religion, ethnicity, culture history, and globalization.
