- Professionalism and workplace readiness needed for success in a dental setting with a focus on specific skills needed for working in fixed and removable restorative dental laboratories. Verbal and nonverbal communication skills, business telephone etiquette, written communication skills, and technology and voice mail etiquette. Job interview skills. Total of 9 hours lecture.
