Focus on the strategic skills in drafting, responding, calendaring, and managing discovery requests across written, oral, and expert witness domains, emphasizing practical techniques for interrogatories, document production, and procedural nuances. Intended for students in the Paralegal Studies Program or in the paralegal profession, but open to all students. Total of 36 hours lecture.
