    Description
    Study of the most commonly prescribed and compounded pharmacological agents in the major drug categories used to treat or prevent human disease. Topics include dosage calculations, scope of practice, legal implications, fundamentals of sterile compounding, and preparation of IV and chemotherapeutic agents. For certified pharmacy technicians to advance their skills and knowledge for more advanced clinical roles. Total of 36 hours lecture.
