    Description
    Hands-on experience in a healthcare setting, apply nursing skills and knowledge to provide high-quality, patient-centered care. Under the supervision of experienced instructors, participate in direct patient care, develop and implement individualized care plans that address physical, emotional, cultural, and spiritual needs. Demonstrate accountability for delivering standard-based nursing care, uphold professional standards of practice, and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams. Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to evaluate patient outcomes and revise care plans as needed. Total of 270 hours laboratory.
