Transfers ToCSUDescriptionThis course focuses on the study and performance of small woodwind ensembles (trios, quartets, quintets) across historical periods (Baroque to 20th century). Students develop technical, interpretive, and collaborative skills through rehearsals, coaching, and performances. Emphasis is placed on ensemble communication, stylistic analysis, and professionalism. Evaluated public performances are required. For students playing at the college level. Maximum credit 4 units. 1 unit each semester. Maximum of 4 enrollments allowed in the Chamber Music Family: MUSC 038C , 044 , 057AEI, 070ABCDE, 082, 133E. Total of 45 hours laboratory and 9 hours TBA laboratory. This course may be scheduled using the "To Be Arranged" (TBA) scheduling format.
