    Description
    Training and development of skills as orchestral musician through ensemble performance and the study of orchestral repertoire. Emphasis is placed on technical proficiency, ensemble playing, and interpretation of diverse musical styles. Students will participate in rehearsals, individual practice sessions, and public performances. For students playing at college level. Maximum credit 8 units, 2 units each semester. Maximum of 4 enrollments allowed in the Instrumental Ensemble Family: MUSC 043 , 053 , 060 , 062 , 133AB. Total of 18 hours lecture, 36 hours activity, and 18 hours laboratory. This course may be scheduled using the “To Be Arranged” (TBA) scheduling format.
