Students will learn how to analyze CNC turning processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement optimization strategies to maximize performance. The course includes in-depth study and hands-on application of advanced CNC programming, troubleshooting, and quality control practices, including the use of precision measurement tools and software simulations. Key topics covered include tool wear analysis, surface finish quality, cycle time optimization, and troubleshooting common machining defects. Through practical projects and case studies, students will gain the skills necessary to ensure precision and quality in high-level CNC turning operations.
