    Description
    This advanced CNC milling course focuses on the critical skills necessary to optimize milling programs and implement quality control measures to improve production efficiency and part precision. Students will learn to analyze and enhance CNC milling programs by adjusting tool paths, feed rates, and machining strategies to minimize cycle time and tool wear. Through hands-on practice, students will apply quality control techniques to ensure that machined parts meet required specifications and tolerances. Emphasis is placed on troubleshooting common CNC issues, such as work offset errors and tool wear, and developing solutions to maintain high-quality standards in a manufacturing environment. This course combines technical instruction with practical application, preparing students for advanced CNC operations in real-world settings. Total 36 hours lecture and 54 hours laboratory.
