    Intermediate studies in the application of typography, and the creation and application of custom logotypes, fonts, and typographic lettering to creative visual communications design projects in the graphic design and advertising industries. Emphasis is on concept development, design, production, and presentation of artwork using both traditional and contemporary digital methods. No credit if taken after ART 051B. Total of 36 hours lecture and 54 hours laboratory.
