Transfers ToCSUDescriptionDevelopment of two- and three-dimensional drawing concepts, principles and techniques using mechanical and digital methods. Critically examine an iconic work of architecture through hand drawn orthographic paraline and perspective drawings as well as state of the art two-dimensional CAD drawing and three-dimensional digital modeling and rendering. Study of presentation types and how they can be utilized to communicate architectural ideas using state of the art digital imaging/illustration/composition software. Development of skill sets required in corresponding design studio courses. Required field trips.
