    Description
    Environmental horticulture surveying the structure and function of horticultural practices in the laboratory, agricultural, and natural landscapes. Examination of plant structures, growth processes, physiology, propagation, growth media, biological competitors, environmental variables, and post-harvest factors of food, fiber, and ornamental plants. Instructional field trips may be required: see Class Schedule for details. Formerly ENVS 010. Total of 36 hours lecture and 54 hours laboratory.
