Transfers ToCSUDescriptionThis introductory course provides the techniques necessary for completing the sales comparison and income capitalization approaches of the valuation process. Students develop and apply qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques as well as organize and reconcile data. In addition, students develop proficiency in utilizing residential income property appraisal guidelines to create a standard appraisal form. Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) ethics will also be covered.
