    Supervised on-the-job training (OJT) for active duty Marines in the Military Leadership Registered Apprenticeship Program. Students reflect on their own work experience in relation to the decision-making processes established by Marine Corps doctrine, and the impact of their personal leadership on military organizations and operations.
