    Supervised on-the-job training (OJT) for active duty Marines in the Military Leadership Registered Apprenticeship Program. Students reflect on their own work experience in relation to the nature and theory of war, the Marine Corps' warfighting philosophy, and the impact of their personal leadership on military operations.
