    Supervised on-the-job training (OJT) for active duty and civilian employees in the Military Training and Development Registered Apprenticeship Program. Students reflect on their work experience in relation to their roles as instructors, facilitators, and curriculum developers while assigned at a Formal Learning Center within the United States Marine Corps Training Command.
