    Description
Designed for students who intend to take calculus. This course emphasizes the study of the behavior and characteristics of functions from graphic, numerical, analytic, and applied perspectives. This includes the study of trigonometric functions, general polynomial functions, rational functions, exponential functions, logarithmic functions, absolute value functions, trigonometric functions, functions with rational exponents, and sequences. Selected topics from analytic geometry and linear systems are also presented. This course contains the same content as Math 135 but includes more instruction time to help students who can benefit from additional support. Students who receive credit for MATH 135E may not receive credit for MATH 135.
