This supervised internship course a requirement for completion of the coaching certificate program and should be taken upon completion of all other coaching certificate requirements. Sixty hours is required for each unit in an unpaid internship, and seventy five hours is required in a paid internship of your choice within the coaching profession. Supervised coaching internship opportunities may vary from intercollegiate athletic programs, gyms and training facilities, non-profit and interscholastic programs on and/or off campus.
