Transfers ToCSUDescriptionThe course is the first in a series of four courses that allow students to write, report, and publish news and feature content for Palomar's student news media. This class makes up the staff of the independent, student-run publication called The Telescope, Palomar's campus newspaper since 1948. It also publishes Palomar's independent news magazine called Impact Magazine. The course teaches story development, reporting, and interviewing according to journalism standards.
