Areas of study include basic elements of screenwriting and production design, cinematography including camera operation, digital video and audio recording and basic editing techniques. It focuses on the aesthetics and fundamentals of scripting, producing, directing on location, postproduction and exhibition/distribution. Students may shoot on Super 8mm, 16mm film or digital video.
