Examines administrative tools, philosophies, and techniques needed to organize, open, and operate an early care and education program. Ethical concerns and professional development will be addressed. Partially fulfills the requirement for administration for the Site Supervisor and Program Director Child Development Permits issued by the State of California Commission on Teaching Credentialing, and also meets Title 22 licensing regulations for directors.
