    Introduction to the process of constructing a steel string acoustic guitar. Prepares students for a career as a luthier while studying the history, design, construction methods, tone and sound theory of acoustic guitars. Students mill and fabricate instrument components focusing on construction details and each student will complete an acoustic guitar. Considerable prior woodworking/instrument making experience is recommended.
