    Description
This course introduces students to CAD/CAM (Computer Aided Design/Computer Aided Manufacturing) software used to design and manufacture wood products. Students will design basic 3D components, document designs with drawings, create tool paths for the CNC, generate CNC programs, and operate the CNC router to manufacture parts. While emphasis is placed on wood based products the skills and knowledge gained are transferrable to many disciplines and media.
