    Students will advance their education and career goals through work experience. Work experience can include a job, internship, or student-owned business. Students will develop new or expanded job-related learning objectives and reflect on their progress. Students will also explore the organizational culture of their worksite, drawing on concepts from organizational culture theory. Students will be required to complete 54 work experience hours per unit of credit.
