    Description
This course offers an in-depth examination of the mechanical, plumbing, and ventilation systems that support building performance, with a focus on sustainability, energy efficiency, and occupant health. Students will explore the integration of water supply, waste management, gas distribution, and HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems within the architectural design process. Through technical analysis and software-based modeling, students will gain hands-on experience in designing, comparing, and evaluating system alternatives using Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools.
