    Description
    Students are in a registered apprenticeship program. Students will advance their education and career goals through supervised on-the-job training in the electrician/inside wireman trade. Students will work toward job-related learning objectives and reflect on their progress. Students will also explore team dynamics at their worksite, drawing on concepts from group relations theory.
