Discussion topics will include the history of the trade, apprenticeship laws, hiring hall practices and the duties and responsibilities of apprentices. The workplace environment, basic safety, Gradall equipment, hand and power tools, and math applications used in the industry will be covered. Successful students will receive OSHA 10 and Powder Actuated Tool certification cards. Qualified candidates will be issued an UBC gradall operator's card.
