    This course provides fire personnel with essential knowledge, leadership skills and abilities required to successfully promote through the fire service ranks. This course will improve an individual’s level of comfort and confidence for proficiently and safely performing their duties during a promotional testing process. This course will provide students with a sound managerial foundation for all levels of supervision in the fire service. This course is offered as Pass/No Pass.
