    This fundamentals-level course introduces Configuration Management (CM) practices used in defense and complex system environments. Students will learn the principles, processes, and tools required to manage system/equipment hardware and software configuration changes, technical documentation, and system baselines throughout the life cycle. Topics include configuration change control, configuration identification, configuration status accounting, configuration verification and audits, software and data management, and stakeholder communication.
