Transfers ToCSUDescriptionThis course covers the knowledge and skills necessary for the individual to provide emergency medical care with an ambulance, fire, or other specialized services at the Basic Life Support (BLS) level. This course is approved by the Ventura County Emergency Medical Services Agency and the California State Department of Emergency Services. Upon successful completion of the skills testing, final exam, and passing the course with a grade of B or better, the student will be eligible to take the EMT National Registry Examination, which is required for certification as an EMT.Usually HeldFri 5:30pm–10:20pm, Mon Wed 5:00pm–10:15pm, Mon Wed 8:00am–1:15pm, Sat 9:00am–2:50pm
